Horses (“Ghode” in Nepali) would carry water to the region, and yak herders would rely on the same water sources, giving the location its name. Day 01 :

Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft). Our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for the adventure ahead.

Day 02 :

Fly to Pokhara & Drive to Tikhedhunga

After breakfast, take a scenic flight to Pokhara (approximately 25 minutes). Upon arrival, drive for about 3 hours (approx. 40 miles) to Tikhedhunga (1,540m/5,052ft). Spend the night at a comfortable lodge in Tikhedhunga.

Day 03 :

Trek to Ghore Pani

Today’s trek to Ghore Pani (2,850m/9,350ft) will take approximately 5 hours, covering a distance of about 6.2 miles (10 km). Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way and spend the night at a lodge in Ghore Pani.

Day 04 :

Sunrise at Poon Hill & Trek to Tadapani

Wake up early for a short hike (1 hour) to Poon Hill (3,210m/10,531ft) for a breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views of the Annapurna Himalayas. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, continue your trek to Tadapani (2,630m/8,628ft), which will take about 4 hours, covering approximately 5.5 miles (8.8 km). Overnight at a lodge in Tadapani.

Day 05 :

Trek to Ghandruk

Today, you’ll trek for about 3 hours (2.5 miles/4 km) to reach the picturesque village of Ghandruk (1,940m/6,364ft). Spend the night at a lodge in Ghandruk, where you can enjoy the traditional culture and stunning mountain views.

Day 06 :

Return to Pokhara

After breakfast, take a jeep or bus ride from Ghandruk to Pokhara (approx. 43 miles/69 km). Enjoy the scenic drive back to the city, where you’ll spend the night at your hotel.

Day 07 :

Sightseeing in Pokhara & Fly to Kathmandu

In the morning, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour around Pokhara, visiting key attractions such as Phewa Lake, Devi’s Fall, and the World Peace Stupa. After lunch, catch a flight back to Kathmandu (25 minutes). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for the night

Day 08 :

Final Departure

Depending on your flight time, we will arrange your airport transfer for your final departure from Kathmandu.
