Itinerary

Day 01 :
Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our team and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepali cuisine, followed by a trek briefing to prepare you for the journey ahead.

Day 02 :
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Start the adventure with a scenic flight to Lukla (2,800m), the gateway to the Everest region. The flight provides stunning aerial views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon landing, begin a gentle trek through charming Sherpa villages and lush forests along the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight at a teahouse in Phakding.

Day 03 :
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 5-6 hours

Cross suspension bridges draped with prayer flags and ascend steadily through dense rhododendron and pine forests. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, passing small settlements. A steep climb takes you to the bustling village of Namche Bazaar, the cultural and commercial hub of the Khumbu region.

Day 04 :
Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. Take a short hike to the Hotel Everest View, the highest luxury hotel in the world, for stunning vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. You can also explore the Sherpa Museum and the local markets in Namche.

Day 05 :
Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) – 5-6 hours

Day 06 :

Day 07 :
Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Take an acclimatization hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100m) for panoramic views of MakaluLhotse, and Island Peak. Rest in Dingboche and prepare for the higher altitudes ahead.

Day 08 :
Cross Kongma La Pass (5,535m) and Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) – 7-8 hours

Today is one of the most challenging days as you cross Kongma La Pass, the first of the three passes. The ascent is steep and strenuous but rewards you with spectacular views of Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Descend to Lobuche, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 09 :
Trek to Gorakshep (5,164m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – 7-8 hours

Follow the glacial moraine to Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. After a short break, trek to the legendary Everest Base Camp, where climbers begin their ascent of the world’s highest peak. Return to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 10 :
Climb Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek to Dzongla (4,830m) – 6-7 hours

Wake up early for a sunrise hike to Kala Patthar, the best vantage point for views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks. Descend to Gorakshep for breakfast before continuing to Dzongla.

Day 11 :
Cross Cho La Pass (5,420m) and Trek to Dragnag (4,700m) – 7-8 hours

Cross the icy Cho La Pass, navigating steep ascents and rocky terrain. The pass offers incredible views before you descend to Dragnag, a small village near the Gokyo region.

Day 12 :
Trek to Gokyo (4,790m) – 4-5 hours

Today’s trail takes you along the glacial moraine to the pristine Gokyo Lakes, a series of turquoise lakes surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Relax and enjoy the serenity of this magical place.

Day 13 :
Hike Gokyo Ri (5,357m) and Trek to Marlung (4,210m) – 6-7 hours

Ascend Gokyo Ri for sweeping panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. After the descent, continue trekking to the tranquil village of Marlung.

Day 14 :
Cross Renjo La Pass (5,360m) and Trek to Thame (3,800m) – 6-7 hours

Cross the final pass, Renjo La, which offers a less crowded but equally stunning view of the Himalayan giants. Descend to Thame, a traditional Sherpa village.

Day 15 :
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 4-5 hours

Return to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps through beautiful alpine trails. Enjoy the comforts of the bustling town.
